节瓜干贝粉丝炖香菇
材料
"节瓜 1根","粉丝 1把","干香菇 4个","干贝 30克","红辣椒(切丝) 1个","蒜头 2瓣","姜 2片","鸡汤 200毫升","蚝油 1汤匙","老抽 1茶匙","麻油 1茶匙","胡椒粉 适量"
做法

1:将干香菇泡水变软,切件,留下香菇水备用

2:将干贝泡水变软,撕碎,留下干贝水备用

3:将粉丝泡水变软

4:将节瓜去皮后切件

5:用中高火烧热锅,加少许油,炒香姜、蒜头及节瓜

6:加入香菇、干贝、鸡汤、适量香菇水、适量干贝水、蚝油及老抽

7:盖上锅盖,转中火,煮至节瓜及香菇变软

8:加入粉丝、红辣丝及麻油拌匀

9:煮1分钟,即成
