木耳红枣香菇蒸鸡
材料
"鸡髀肉300克","木耳 5克","干香菇 3个","红枣 4个","葱(切丝) 适量","鸡肉腌料:","生抽 2汤匙","绍兴酒 1汤匙","砂糖 1茶匙","麻油 1茶匙","生粉 1茶匙","胡椒粉 适量"
做法

1:将木耳及干香菇泡水变软,切件

2:将红枣泡水变软,去核切半

3:将鸡髀肉切件,用绍兴酒、生抽、砂糖、麻油、生粉及胡椒粉腌20分钟

4:加入香菇、木耳及红枣拌匀

5:上碟蒸15分钟至鸡肉完全熟透
