芝麻金枪鱼配香煎三文鱼
材料
"金枪鱼材料","200克新鲜金枪鱼扒","50克芝麻","2汤匙麻油","1/2茶匙盐","1/4茶匙黑胡椒粉","三文鱼材料","200克新鲜三文鱼扒","2汤匙日本七味粉","1/2茶匙盐","1/4茶匙黑胡椒粉","日式芥末蛋黄酱材料","3汤匙蛋黄酱","1茶匙日式芥末","1茶匙蜜糖 "
做法

1:切去金枪鱼扒多余的部分及筋部,以盐及黑胡椒粉调味

2:扫上麻油

3:把芝麻铺满金枪鱼片

4:切去三文鱼扒多余的部分及筋部,以盐及黑胡椒粉调味

5:洒满日本七味粉

6:中高火烧热平底锅,落油,轻轻地煎金枪鱼及三文鱼,每边约30-40秒,直至每边呈金黄色

7:把鱼放在盘上,静待备用

8:将日式芥末及蛋黄酱混和

9:用尖刀把金枪鱼及三文鱼切片

10:把鱼片放在派对的碟上,佐以日式芥末蛋黄酱作蘸料
