菠萝蜜糖牛仔骨
材料
"200克牛仔骨","1罐菠萝 (切片)","1/2红灯笼椒","1/2青灯笼椒","3瓣蒜头","4汤匙蜜糖","牛肉腌料","1/2茶匙梳打粉","1/2茶匙糖","1/4茶匙白胡椒粉","1茶匙麻油","1茶匙粟粉","1汤匙豉油","1汤匙水","酱汁材料","1茶匙粟粉","1茶匙豉酒","4汤匙蜜糖","100毫升菠萝汁 (来自罐装菠萝)"
做法

1:将灯笼椒切件

2:蒜头切片

3:并将菠萝切粒

4:将牛仔骨切件,加入腌料腌5-10分钟

5:将酱汁材料倒入搅拌碗内拌匀混和

6:用平底镬烤牛仔骨直至牛肉的脂肪排出

7:然后加入蒜片,煮至牛仔骨两面呈金黄色

8:加入菠萝及灯笼椒,快速搅拌

9:最后加入酱汁并煮至浓稠
