葱爆小炒

材料

"猪肉丝 200g","豆干 6块","干鱿鱼 0.5条","蒜头 2粒","姜 3片","辣椒 1条","葱 5-6根","酱油 1大匙","酱油膏 1大匙","米酒 1大匙","糖 1匙","盐 少许","水 1/3碗","胡椒 少许","芝麻油 少许","酱油 1匙","沙拉油 1匙"

做法

  1. step1

    1:猪肉丝用醃料抓醃干鱿鱼泡软切条,豆干和姜片切丝,蒜头切片,辣椒切片,葱切段备用

  2. step2

    2:锅中加入适量的油,放入姜丝肉丝,豆干丝,鱿鱼丝略煸至金黄色后加入蒜片续炒片刻

  3. step3

    3:再加入调味料混合拌炒,用1/3碗的水煨煮入味最后加入葱段,辣椒片,拌炒一下起锅前淋少芝麻油即可
