甜根菜肠粉+鲜贝虾卷
材料
"甜根菜 5~10G","水 100G","太白粉 20G","在来米粉 20G","澄粉 20G","橄榄油 一茶匙","虾 7只","鲜贝 7颗","橄榄油 一茶匙","洋葱切末 30G","蒜头切末 2颗","盐 1/8匙","黑胡椒 少许","米酒 一茶匙",
做法

1:将甜根菜磨成泥加入水与粉类拌匀

2:倒入舖有铝箔纸的烤盘中,或分两次倒入抹油的平盘

3:放烘烤炉用原味蒸四分钟

4:取出分成2~3份对折,在后半段切条,卷成花朵状

5:淋少许酱油洒芝麻就完成了!

6:虾去头部与外壳,剖开背部去除肠泥,洗净与鲜贝用纸巾吸干水份

7:放容器中加调味混和,最后加橄榄油拌匀

8:用虾腹部包裹鲜贝,再用牙签固定铺烤盘中,在鲜贝处摆上剩余的洋葱与蒜末

9:放入烘烤炉调至烘烤/烘焙无预热200度

10:旋至10分钟烤好取出,花椰菜用烘烤炉低温蒸5分钟取出~组合摆盘即可!
