美颜豆苗上汤烩花胶
材料
"鳘鱼胶 2只","金华火腿 15克","瘦肉 70克","豆苗 80克","姜 4片","葱 4条","白糖 少许","胡椒粉 少许","绍酒 1.5茶匙","麻油 0.5茶匙","上汤 1.5杯","太白粉 0.5茶匙","清水 1茶匙","食用油 少许",
做法

1:豆苗洗干净, 沥干水份, 备用

2:将已浸发好的花胶切片, 瘦肉切成块和金华火腿切片; 调好太白粉水

3:烧热一锅水, 下豆苗灼熟

4:把豆苗排好在盘子上

5:烧热油后, 下姜葱爆香后灒绍酒, 盖上锅盖略焖一会

6:加入上汤, 瘦肉, 其次是花胶和金华火腿

7:再下糖, 胡椒粉, 麻油

8:盖上锅盖至再一次滚起后, 转小火焖煮20至30分钟

9:下太白粉水勾芡, 至汁变浓稠, 关火

10:把花胶排放在盘子上
